Since July 2016, the RatSWD has set up a complaints office. You can use a contact form on the RatSWD website to address any unresolved issues regarding the use of the RDC's data that you have not been able to resolve with the responsible contact person at the RDC. The contact form as well as details on the responsibility and the addressing procedure can be found on the RatSWD webseite.
